We have decided to run the AMOH Fitness Challenge on a monthly basis, so the points are scrubbed at the start of every month and we can all start afresh. If anyone wants to join in for December then just start logging your activities on the sticky thread. Make sure you note down what you did over the weekend (Saturday was 1st Dec) before you forget what you did.... Every point helps!

Well done to Katy for getting the most points in November :party:

I'm expecting to see a surge in numbers for January with all those new year resolutions :xmaswave:

Yay, go for it Jennie! Simplest way for walking is to allow 6 points per hour.

all downhill for me now then :xmaslaugh: should have started with a bummer of a score and then it would be easier to improve on my numbers
best get out on the :cycling: and go :running: and then a bit of :horse: then I will be :sleepy:

Well at least I'd score some for riding now but apart from walking not a lot else. Hoping P will be A1 by January and we'll catch up!!

He's recovering from some mystery infection which the bloods showed up, Doc reckons he'll be OK in a month or so.
